The Slaneyside kennel sliding hatch gives you full control over
access between the kennel house and the attached dog run — without
opening a gate or entering the enclosure. Slide the hatch up to
let your dog move freely between indoors and outdoors, or slide it
down to secure them inside or outside when needed. It’s an
essential fitting for any professional kennel setup, and equally
useful for domestic owners who want safe, convenient control over
their dog’s movement.

How It Works

The hatch panel sits between two galvanised steel
vertical rails bolted to the kennel wall or partition.
A horizontal crossbar locks the rails in position. The panel
slides smoothly up and down — lift the pull ring to open, lower
it to close. An optional pulley wire rope system
lets you raise and lower the hatch from outside the run,
particularly useful for boarding kennels, breeders, and larger
commercial setups where multiple hatches need to be operated
efficiently.
